We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched and collected.

We cannot gaurentee this, however please email us at orders@taylorsport.co.nz with your preferred address and we'll aim to get this updated for you.

We aim to have orders dispatched within 1-3 business days of you placing your order.

Shipping is free nationwide for all orders $150 and over. All orders under $150 incur a $10 shipping charge.

Delivery on all orders within New Zealand is 1-4 business days to metro areas. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for rural delivery.

Our delivery service is signature required (unless otherwise stated in the delivery instructions), and if you aren't home a collection card will be left for you to arrange a redelivery or collection from your local depot. 

We currently only ship internationally to Australia with DHL. Delivery is within 5-10 business days and is $20.
